1. The Government of the Republic of Korea regrets that the Government of Israel has recently approved construction of Israeli settlements in the West Bank and that the Israeli Parliament has adopted the “Regularisation bill“ regarding settlements on privately-owned Palestinian land.

2. The Government of the Republic of Korea calls on the Government of Israel to cease settlement activities and to render its cooperation for the efforts by the international community to establish permanent peace between Israel and Palestine, based upon the two-state solution.
